District Administration Office Kailali as a non-profit making, non-religious,
non-political, non-governmental and equal opportunity provider organization
with the registration number(971/063/064). It has been affiliated in Social
Welfare Council (SWC) and NGO federation.

group of energetic development practitioners, rights
workers, gender activists and professional trainers. Founded in 2063,
SEEWAC/Nepal is dedicated to the cause of socio- economic empowerment of the
children, young and adolescents, women, dalit, indigenous communities,
minorities, disadvantaged, excluded and socio-economically marginalized
communities. SEEWAC/Nepal believes that development starts with people; hence
is focused on the improvement in the overall quality of their lives. It focuses
on the poor and marginalized people and endeavours to support the communities
through the provision of sustainable livelihood assets and by resilient
building, reducing vulnerability and empowering for the realisation of
universal human rights. Besides this, SEEWAC/Nepal is focused on health related
activities, institutional development of the different self-help groups and
development organization, infrastructure development and addresses other
contemporary development issues.
Sudurpaschim Province is the least development province
compared to other part of the country. The current major problem of the
Sudurpaschim is mass poverty, gender disparity and cast discrimination, lack of
health facilities, illiteracy, unemployment, high levels of male migration to
India. Lack of basic infrastructures and present political instability is also
in more severe than other development region of the country. So, SEEWAC/Nepal
focuses to the poor and marginalized people residing in the rural areas of the
far and mid western region of the country. The prime aim of SEEWAC Nepal is to
contribute in innovative development and resource mobilization. Moreover, the
organization is committed to create social justice and social transformation
for socio-economic development of disadvantaged and marginalized people of the
country.
The organization is working with primary focus on Micro
Enterprise Creation and Development and overall development of the country
acting as a helping hand of the government initiatives.
VISION
SEEWAC-Nepal is community-based organization focusing on the
deprived and marginalized people especially the women, children, dalits,
ethnic, indigenous, differently able and poor people of remote areas. For the
betterment of the focused community, our existence in well functional stage is
required. So for the coming days our vision will be as follows:

MISSION
To improving economic and social prosperity (Health,
education, harmonized) of suppressed and marginalized people especially women,
children, Dalits, Indigenous, Janajati, minorities, Madeshi, Muslim, third
gender, youth and disabled.
GOAL
“Assist in social, economic, political and cultural
development of the nation through eliminating and avoiding the long inherited
discriminatory practices and social evils against women, children, dalits,
indigenous and deprived group of the society”.

OBJECTIVES OF ORGANIZATION
The Main development objective of the SEEWAC-Nepal is to
contribute for the creation of employment for the youth and poor through the
development of farm and off-farm based enterprises creation and development
including child protection and development of economic and social prosperity,
social discrimination and poverty reduction of the rural people of the country
however, the specific objectives are;
